What do I receive with an estimate?
An Excel workbook with quantities, unit rates and material and labor costs organized by CSI division, plus marked-up PDF drawings showing where each quantity was measured. We can use our template or yours.
How much does an estimate cost?
Prices start from $150 for a project review, $250 for small projects, $600 for medium and $1,200 for large projects. Send your plans and we'll review them for free and confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Typical delivery is 1–2 business days for a project review, 2–3 for small projects, 3–5 for medium and 5–7 for large projects. We confirm your delivery date before any work starts, always ahead of your bid date, and rush delivery is available on request.
Do you charge to review plans?
No. Plan review and quoting are free, so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit.
What formats do you accept?
PDF drawings and specifications are best. You can email them, share a Dropbox or Google Drive link, or send a bid portal link.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement for every project, and drawings are only used to prepare your estimate.
Can you revise the estimate if the plans change?
Yes. Send the addendum or revised drawings and we'll update the affected quantities and pricing.
Can you review a contractor's quote before I sign?
Yes. Send us the quote and the drawings, and we'll compare it against measured quantities and current rates, and point out missing scope or line items that look high.
